Each thread has different strength and performance, but recently many new customers have strong inquiries about the strength and performance of polyester bonded thread, so the analysis is as follows:

1) Strength of polyester bonded thread
The breaking strength of fibers increases. Although the slippage length increases and the number of slippery fibers in the yarn section increases relatively, the total strength of the fibers in the broken part will be greatly improved. Therefore, the higher the breaking strength of the fiber, the higher the yarn tenacity.
2) Friction performance of polyester bonded thread
When the surface friction coefficient u of polyester bonded thread increases, the sliding resistance between fibers is large, the slipping length Lc decreases, the proportion of slipping fibers decreases, and the yarn strength increases. Increasing the number of fiber crimps can increase the sliding resistance between fibers, which is not only conducive to the smooth progress of the spinning process, but also to the improvement of the yarn strength.
