High Tenacity Nylon(6.6) Filament Bonded Twisted Yarn
High tenacity nylon(6.6) filament bonded twisted yarn is made by using nylon thermal fuse to bond ordinary nylon filament yarn. It can be dyed to make finished nylon bonded sewing thread, which is better than nylon (6). Bonded yarn has better elasticity and feel, high tensile force, good abrasion resistance, low shrinkage, and smooth stitches. It is used in car seat covers, sofas, luggage, shoes, outdoor products, bedding, clothing, etc. . Common specifications are 210D/3, 280D/3, 420D/3.
